Cotton Organdy White cotton

This organdy is 100% cotton.  The fine threads are loosely woven, so as to create a sheer quality.  Although it is sheer is has a crisp hand.  This a great substitute for handkerchief linen for colonial caps and kerchiefs.  Also great for puffed undersleeves for Victorian ball gowns.
