Buckram covered Hooping �13 yd. bundle

This flexible, but strong hooping is essential for hoop skirts and bustles for Victorian era clothing.  It is two bands of spring steel encased in buckrum.  This type of hooping is lighter than the hooping cover in plastic, but is not water proof.  Approximately 1/2 inch wide. This is the same hooping as H-0003, but is sold in a 13 yard bundle inorder to give you a price savings.  13 yds. is enough to make a 5-bone hoop, 108"-110" in circumference.
