We will notify you immediately if something is out of stock. We care about our customers and we want you to be totally happy with our products. 30 day Refund and Exchange Policy

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from The Dressmaker's Shop. You have 30 days from the invoice date in which to return any items for a full refund or an exchange for the same item. For a full refund on fabric, it cannot be washed or cut. This refund or exchange policy is void if the fabric has been altered in anyway. Remember, silk is a natural fiber. Most silk fabrics are made overseas, and even hand loomed. It often has some imperfections.

Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancelation
The customer has up to 24 hrs to cancel an order, either by email or by phone 517-589-5923. Our goal is to ship orders quickly and as efficiently as possible.

Unit Pricing
All of our fabrics are priced by the yard. We currently have a few items that are specially priced for remaining stock. When ordering, please use increments of 1 yard. If you would like increments of less than 1 yard, you will have to call us at 517-589-5923 or mail your order
for fabrics less than one yard. However, we do sell Quilt Quarters that measure 18" x 22" Call us!

Some Fabric colors photograph differently than displayed Online. We want you to be happy with your order, so Please EMAIL us or CALL us for a Free sample of fabric of your choice. Your Free Fabric sample will help you see the correct colors and our excellent quality.
